• Every bonus offer has a fixed expiry. Unused bonuses will be automatically cancelled after the expiry date.

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.4%
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.1%
• Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 1.5%
• You can move up to higher tiers by playing regularly and following the platform's rules.
• Cashback is calculated weekly according to Bangladesh Standard Time (BST).

6 Gameplay and Betting Policy

All games on btb222 are operated on the basis of fair play. Game outcomes are determined through a neutral and automated process.

• If a technical error occurs during a game, the relevant round may be cancelled and the wagered amount will be returned.
• If a technical error is detected in any game result, btb222 reserves the right to take corrective action.
• Exploiting software or game system errors to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
• If a sports betting market is suspended or cancelled, the wagered amount will be refunded or redistributed according to the applicable rules.
• If a connection is lost during a live casino game due to network issues, the result of that round will be determined according to the game provider's logs.
• If any form of collusion or match-fixing activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately.

7 User Code of Conduct
